Who is responsible
The operator, Changsha Baichen Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., trading as SUMERU Sutras, is responsible for personal information handled for this storefront. For privacy questions or requests, contact services@buytcn.com.
Information and purposes
When you visit, hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser details, requested pages and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. Searching this storefront filters the catalog in your browser; the current search code does not send the search text to our catalog endpoint. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any order details or attachments you provide to handle the request. Checkout and account services process the information you submit there to administer orders, billing and downloads.
Service providers and payments
Cloudflare hosts and protects this storefront. Product and download administration uses the connected WordPress/WooCommerce backend at admin.buytcn.com; product images may be loaded from it. Checkout links open that service. Payment providers handle payment details under the notices shown at checkout. Where Paddle is the seller for an order, it independently processes transaction data under its Privacy Notice. We do not ask you to email payment-card numbers.
Cookies, storage and tracking
The current storefront code does not load advertising pixels or analytics tags and does not store a marketing preference or account session in browser local storage. Hosting security measures may use necessary cookies. The external account and checkout pages may use cookies for cart, authentication and payment functions. Browser settings can manage cookies; disabling necessary cookies there may affect checkout or downloads.
Retention, transfers and safeguards
Records are retained as needed for support, access administration, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations; unnecessary information should be deleted or anonymised. Hosting, email, account and payment providers may process data in other countries under their applicable safeguards. Access should be limited to people and services that need it. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
You may contact services@buytcn.com to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or to raise an objection or complaint, subject to applicable law. We may need proportionate verification to protect the account and must retain records where legally required. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. Payment-provider records must be requested from that provider where it acts independently.
