Operator and scope
This website is operated by Changsha Baichen Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. under the SUMERU Sutras brand. These terms cover the website and the digital scripture editions described here. Contact: services@buytcn.com.
Product and purchase
Review the language, contents and format before purchase. Each edition is a one-time digital purchase; no subscription or automatic renewal is included. Prices show the stated currency. The checkout must show the final total, any applicable tax and the seller before you confirm payment. You can review and correct your order before submitting it.
Delivery and permitted use
Delivery follows the Digital Delivery page. Unless the product states otherwise, the supplied edition is for your personal reading and printing. You may not resell or redistribute the supplied file without permission or a legal right to do so. Nothing in these terms claims exclusive ownership of underlying public-domain texts or restricts uses permitted by applicable law.
Payments and Paddle orders
Use the seller and payment information shown at checkout and on your receipt. This website does not currently claim that all purchases are processed by Paddle. If a checkout identifies Paddle as the reseller, our order process for that transaction is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment-related customer service and refunds. For those transactions, Paddle Buyer Terms, Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle buyer support also apply. We remain responsible for product and file support.
Refunds and consumer rights
Read our Refund Policy before paying. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed content, or legally required refunds. Contact us first with a problem so we can investigate; this does not prevent lawful complaints or disputes.
Changes and concerns
Updated terms apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. For a question, complaint or copyright concern, contact services@buytcn.com and include enough details to identify the issue.
