Refund Policy

Scope
This policy covers digital scripture purchases made from SUMERU Sutras. There is no physical item to return and no subscription to cancel. The policy in force at the time of purchase applies to that order.
Refund requests
For a change of mind after you have accessed or downloaded a file, a discretionary refund is generally not offered, except where applicable law or the payment provider gives you a refund or withdrawal right. If you have not accessed the file, contact us with your order reference so we can review your request.
Faulty, inaccessible or incorrect files
Contact us if you cannot access a completed order, receive a corrupt or incorrect file, are charged twice, or find the product materially different from its description. We will investigate and seek to restore access or provide the correct file; an appropriate refund will be arranged where the issue cannot be resolved or where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email services@buytcn.com with the order reference, purchase email and product title. Do not include full payment-card details. If Paddle processed your order, you may also request help at paddle.net. Approved refunds are returned through the provider that processed the original payment, to the original payment method where possible; bank processing times can vary.
Mandatory rights and Paddle transactions
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content. Downloading a file does not by itself remove those rights. For Paddle-processed orders, Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply; any higher level of mandatory protection remains available.
